Payment Conditions
All training must be pre-paid. All payments for classes must be received by VDEL. at least two weeks prior to the start of the class, and no more than 30 days after registration. If payment has not been received by the deadline, VDEL reserves the right to cancel the registration. For registration contac your local VDEL Representaive
Cancellation Policy
The policies below apply to ALL Red Hat/VDEL training and certification programs:
Cancellation / Rescheduling by participant:
Notice of cancellation/reschedule on or after the seventh (7th) full calendar day prior to start of training results in 100% cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation/reschedule on or after the fifteenth (15th) full calendar day up to the eighth (8th) full calendar day prior to the course results in 50% cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation/reschedule more than fifteen (15) full calendar days prior to start of training results in a full refund.
.Multiple reschedule policy:
VDEL will allow a student to reschedule an enrollment once at no charge taking into consideration the terms listed above. The second and third reschedules will be subject to a penalty fee of 10% (of the price paid for class/exam). If a class/exam is rescheduled more than three times, the penalty will be 20% of the price paid for the class. This multiple reschedule penalty fee will be in addition to any other penalties that might apply for late notice of reschedule under the terms listed above.
Cancellation by VDEL:
Training can be cancelled without prior warning, and money refunded to participants if any of the following events affect delivery of a particular training class: severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, airline strike. If training is canceled for any other reason and students are notified less than 10 calendar days prior to start of training, VDEL will credit the cost of any non-refundable tickets towards a future enrollment in this same course. Credits will only be issued on receipt of original, unused, nonrefundable airline tickets.
Right of Dismissal:
In order to maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, VDEL. reserves the right to dismiss a participant from any Red Hat/VDEL training or certification event. A participant who harasses other participant(s) or Instructor(s) or who in VDEL's sole judgment acts inappropriately or disruptively during class may be dismissed from the class or event and may not return to the premises. In case of such dismissal, VDEL's liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid by participant or participant's organization in respect of the course and VDEL shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or inconvenience arising whatsoever.
